4, Practice Gratitude
You may think you’re already doing this. Think again. The idea is to focus on the things that make you grateful and truly celebrate this feeling with your entire being. In order to perpetuate a gratitude-infused though process, you’ll need to make space for it first. This is done by eliminating negativity, which is, believe it or not, the major space collector in your minds. Making a conscious switch (ex. Replace one negative thought with a positive one, daily, for starters) will be a process and a daily task, best performed at a regular interval (bedtime works great), so that it becomes a ritual and somewhat of a mental hygiene must.
