3. Carve out Quiet Time
The key to truly constructive and beneficial quiet time is to offer your inner self an opportunity to reflect and identify your major mind-clutter culprits. You may do this in a variety of ways – ranging from meditation and yoga to hiking and prayer. Journaling will also get your there. A mix of several of these will provide for a fresh and non-routine-y approach. Just make sure it’s there.
