Grab Some Nuts

Make a habit of carrying a bag of nuts (almonds or peanuts will do the trick) in your bag or have a mini stash on your desk at the office.  Reach for a couple of them, when you feel that energy drop and let these magnesium and folate (folic acid) rich goodies refill your cells with some precious energy.  Fun times.
